1. BOOKING CONDITIONS
Your online booking via the Balladins.com website is automatically guaranteed and you must indicate your debit/credit card number to validate the booking.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your booking number.
The booking will be cancelled if an invalid debit/credit card is used.
Online bookings are not possible after 18:00 for arrival the same day. To book after 18:00 for arrival the same day, contact either the hotel or the Balladins Central Booking Service by telephone: 0033(0)1 55 85 93 62.
Online bookings are not possible for some Balladins hotels. For these you will need to contact the Balladins Central Booking Service: 0033(0)1 55 85 93 62.
2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Any booking cancellation must be made before 18:00 on the scheduled arrival date through the central booking office or online via the link indicated in your confirmation e-mail. Your cancellation will then be confirmed by e-mail. You can also cancel your booking directly with the hotel.
If you do not show up at the hotel or notify cancellation before 18:00, the first night will be charged to you and the remainder of the stay will be cancelled.
You must notify the hotel on arrival if you wish to cancel part of your booking.
3. ACCOMMODATION
Room rental is from midday to midday, apart from local exceptions.
The hotel reception may be closed during the day or late in the evening (please check times on the relevant hotel information page). We therefore strongly advise you to phone the hotel to find out the check-in procedure.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
The debit/credit cards indicated on the hotel information page are accepted if valid when the booking is made.
5. PRICES
The prices indicated on the website are in Euros. Prices quoted are per room, per night and all taxes included, apart from any tourist tax that may be applicable and any specific extra charges.
6. LIABILITY AND COMPLAINTS
The hotels accept responsibility for any damage or loss incurred by guests during the stay.
NB: The photographs are for information only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Any complaints regarding the reservation procedure must be made to the hotel within 24 hours of arrival including full details of grievances.
If you are not satisfied with the follow-up, please have your complaint recorded in writing by relevant hotel and forward this document, within 30 days of your return, to D.H.M. SAS, Hôtels Balladins - Immeuble Maille Nord II - 8, avenue Montaigne - 93192 Noisy-le-Grand cedex - France.
