If you are a trader, you accept that any disputes relating to the implementation or interpretation of these Conditions will be resolved, if the parties cannot reach an agreement, before the Commercial Court of Meaux. Disputes involving consumers, if no agreement can be reached, will be settled by a court of competent jurisdiction.
